Submit a request via our contact form. We review requests manually and provision Developer credentials within 1-2 business days. There is no credit card required for the Developer plan.

STT is metered per minute of audio input processed. One minute equals 60 seconds of audio streamed to the STT endpoint. TTS is metered per character of text synthesized. A 30-second call turn that consumes 200 characters of TTS input uses 0.5 STT minutes and 200 TTS characters against your respective monthly allotments.

Yes. Contact us at [email protected] to upgrade from Developer to Growth, or to discuss Scale requirements. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Overage rates for STT minutes and TTS characters on Growth are specified in your access agreement. We send usage notifications at 80% and 100% of your included allotment for both STT and TTS so you can plan ahead.

The Developer plan is free and includes 100 STT minutes and 100,000 TTS characters per month, which is sufficient to build and validate a complete integration. Early access Growth customers can contact us to discuss evaluation arrangements.

The <100ms committed SLA on Growth covers the time from the final audio frame arriving at our API to the first transcript or audio chunk returned, measured at the server side. Network transit between your infrastructure and ours is not included. SLA remedies are specified in your Growth agreement.
